Chef Antonia Lofaso's food is an invitation to explore deeper into the depths of her interior world. She began to be interested in food and cooking after moving from suburbs of Long Island to the diverse cultures in Los Angeles. Lofaso trained under legendary chefs and absorbed their sophisticated techniques but she was not afraid to make bold decisions in order to follow her intuition. Lofaso worked with Sal Aurora to create Black Market Liquor Bar which was an upscale bar located in Studio City. Lofaso has found her home at Black Market, and through her partnerships she has created. Lofaso could find the space to express her creativity that she desired through this collaboration.
